What to do if the scenario isn't working

Pls make sure that you install the Anchor chain on GitHub. As I have tried before subscribing to Steam Workshop, and end up stuck on loading screen.

After finished installing, make sure to activate Anchor chain and sealifter at mod manager and set both mod above Falkland Early May
