[B42] Week One NPC
Week One conflict with Standardized Vehicle Upgrades
SVU seems to break the walk to function the NPCs use to move around. Normally this is not noticed. But it get pretty terrible in LV and all the NPCs moving around. It can bog the game down enough to drop fps to 1 or crash.
