Ok, finally found one of the problems. The makeshift sling bag plus causes slow down to character straffing speed according to inventory weight. Started a character with nimble level 5 and without any injuries. Filling bag to almost full caused the straffing to slow significantly. The closest to full the slower the character would be.
Mi will look for similar bug in bag upgrade ultra.
