I installed the github thing i needed, and windows protected my PC.
Is this a virus? I know windows antivirus is kinda stupid but I need to know.

it may not be a virus but it may hurt your framerate, depends if ur pc is good tho.

this is literally. the most popular addon on the workshop right now. and you're asking if its a virus.

let alone relying on windows to defend your pc, just use virustotal (its a website)
