Good maps for this? (add more in comments) (and ideas)
Bridge maps (arson bridge and bridge construction are my 2 fav bridges for this),
Oak streets (don't do the full map, way too laggy)
And thats it for me, idk what else, so ye :D

Ideas: Draining tsunami water, tsunami types (Such as like a flat wave, growing wave, ect.), add more max strength!

The countryside map is pretty fun with a tsunami.

Any mini New York maps is fun to mess around with the tsunami, especially with Photo Mode. I managed to take some cool shots of the tsunami hitting the Statue of Liberty, which looks pretty similar to The Day After Tomorrow movie
