Report a translation problem
Hanging chad: 50% to double an active item's effect when the active item is used (like car battery), and then another 50% chance for it to activate again, up to two retriggers of the active item
Ride the bus: gives a small (possibly medium?) damage and speed increase for every 0-2 quality item picked up, resets when a quality 3-4 item is picked up
Stuntman: 1.3(?)x damage multiplier, all damage taken is doubled (like the effect of the addicted pill)
Stone Joker: If the room contains any Stone enemies, give a small fire rate increase per stone enemy for that room. Also gives all stoneys the slow status effect when entering the room. (maybe permanent? Might be too overpowered)
-To the Moon | every coin picked up has a chance of either having double value or no value
-To the Moon 2 | basically enables the investiment mechanic on every new floor
- Acrobat | Xdamage up while fighting a boss
-Flash Card | +damage for every reroll done from restock machines or dice items in general
-Reserved Parking | chance of giving you 1 penny for every room completed while holding a card
-Red Card | +damage for every shop or tresure skipped (not entered) while held
-Matador | gives 5 pennies when beatng the boss, maybe there could be a synergy giving more money for each red item held
-Cloud 9 | every 9 pickups picked up gives flight for the current room
-invisible joker | spawn a copy pf the held card every floor
-Delayed Gratification | gives money if a room was completed without taking damage
-Ramen | Xdamage decreasing for every damage taken
-Rough Gem | every room, the more meney you have, the higher the chance to spawn pennies (the formula i used guarantees 1 penny at 99 coins, but could always give more if lucky)
-Sac dagger | removves you active item every floor and -1 hp giving you +damage each time
Card Sharp: When you kill an enemy, all others of that type in the room take 5x(?) your tear damage. (if you kill a gaper, all the frowning and normal gapers in that room take damage)
Runner: +0.5 flat speed bonus. When entering a completed room, gain an extra 0.5 Speed and gain the holy mantle effect for that room.
Loyalty Card: Whenever you buy something from that shop, gain a flat fire rate and range upgrade for that floor. Every 6th item you buy, gain a permanent bonus to fire rate and range and a random consumable drops. (small chance to be a pedestal item)
i pick fire rate and range because there's so many damage upgrading jokers, so it'd be nice to balance it out
Showman: Consumable joker. On use it turns every pedestal item in the room to a random item you've picked up. If there are no pedestal items in the room, spawns one and converts that. Tries to pick the item from the pool of the room you are standing in (eg: if you have brimstone and rock bottom while you are standing in a secret room, it will always pick rock bottom to spawn.)
Luchador: Consumable joker. On use it halves the health of any bosses in the room.
Cartomancer: On pickup and on entering a new floor, generates 1-3 random cards.
Delayed Gratification: On entering a new floor, if you skipped the treasure room (and the shop maybe?), spawn a random treasure room item and another pedestal item with these pool weights: (50% Treasure room, 20% shop, 10% Curse room, 10% Devil Room, 10% Angel room)
I think you need to check if glitch items are possible so they don't break the game with infinite item spawning and crashing the game.
Mom's Heart: "Jim-baby" New passive, which gives a Brother Bobby-like familiar that acts basically like it, except that on every floor, it'll have the effects of 5 random offense-related Jokers. It'll also yap...a lot.
Boss Rush: "Horde o' Tags" New active (1-time use), that spawns 5 random Tags from Jimbo, and you can only take one of them.
Hush: "Andy's Folly" New passive, that replaces all non-story Boss Items with random Tags.
Isaac: "Chip Stacker" New passive, that gives you a very small Tears Delay Down for every coin you have.
???: "Cashing-In Machine" New active (no charge), that when used, will consume ALL of your coins, but will have a chance for each coin used to give you a random stat buff.
Satan: "Mult Adder" New passive, that gives you very small Damage Multiplier increase whenever you use a Bomb or Key.
The Lamb: "The X" New active (12 charge), that consumes ALL of your consumables (coins, bombs, keys, non-pocket item pocket stuff, and trinkets), but will multiply your current Damage Multiplier depending on what's consumed.
Mega Satan: "Funny Beggar and Joke Bum" New beggar and passive, the first being a new beggar that takes cards/pills and turns them into random Cards from the Balatro Jokers mod, and will eventually pay out with a random Tag or VERY rarely Jimbo's Collection. Passive is a new bum friend that'll do the same, but the item payouts are MUCH rarer and takes more cards/pills to pay out.
Greed: "Interest Stacker" New passive that gives you 1 coin when entering a new floor for every 5 coins on hand.
Greedier: "Chaotic Interest" New passive that spawns 1 random coin/key/bomb/heart for every 10 coins on hand.
Delirium: "Jimbo's Collection" Already exists, no need to explain it. Mainly exists because most of the regular/Tainted characters have their main gimmick unlockable thanks to the Delirium mark.
Mother: "Fusion Joker" New active (12 charges) that will consume any Jokers in your pocket slot, and when 2 are inside, will spit out a new fused Joker! Mostly just combines their stats/effects together, but some make entirely new and very powerful Specially Fused Jokers, come check it out! The Beast: "M" M? M. (New passive that gives you a ^1.00002 Damage Multiplier, and every 2 items you get, replaces the 3rd one with M.)
