I have done a glow on it before the update was released.
Transparent pixels do not work when glowing.
It looked like ♥♥♥♥.

Hopefully, yes. The first "ability" / attack we currently have in mind is the Soldier's Hell Energy projectiles.

Stray & some other Lesser Husks will be included in 4.0

The full list of currently planned stuff for Update 4.0 is:
- Cerberus (not the statue pose version)
- Swordsmachine (comes with its sword, possibly in multiple color variants)
- Malicious Face
- Ferryman (includes his weapon)
- Gutterman (includes his shield)
- Sisyphean Insurrectionist
- Minotaur
- Streetcleaner
- Drone
- Sentry
- Schism
- Stray
- Mannequin
- Skulls (red & blue)

Keep in mind some stuff might be added.
