Volumetric Lighting Crash Disproven
It appears as though that whoever came in here claiming that my session "crashes" SFM has underperforming hardware. But there are rare instances where a session with volumetric lighting enabled crashes SFM, in more ways than one. If you request help, especially after a crash from this session file, please sure to state the time when it happened, and post your full hardware specifications.

SFM requires at least a dual-core, 2.4 GHz processor with 4GB RAM, and an AMD/ATI or NVIDIA graphics processor with 512MB VRAM on-board. Intel IGPs need not apply.

For reference, here's what's under the hood in my rig:
