Upgrade Modules
Here's the breakdown on the upgrade modules:

Spool/cooldown time improvement: each upgrade decreases time by 22%
Range increase: Starting at 100km for large, 50km for small, each upgrade increases range 2x
Accuracy increase: Starting at 60%, each upgrade improves accuracy by 10%, max 100%
Efficiency - Reduces power usage, each upgrade reduces power usage by 22%
Power adjusts dynamically. All values subject to change.

Please note that all FTL upgrade modules actually have two connection points. This means each block (if both points are connected) provides 2x the above stats.

Also:
FTL Inhibitor Range Increase - Increases the range of the FTL Inhibitor from a base radius of 5km, up to 100km. This requires massive amounts of power. Several GW for maximum range.

there isn't really that much to say that you didn't already list..
Does master slave FTL set ups work with upgrades like if you have a master dedicated to spool and a slave dedicated to range? if so then ya make it smaller, this would make the FTL easier to fit to a role ex. combat ship with a fast accurate jump or a transport with a long range low cost (if you add an efficiency modification) if not don't as it would really limit the FTL.

Another Point is if you are to add Efficiency upgrade(s) I think having one for Power and one for Mass. My reasoning is low mass to volume ships would benefit more from resource cost reduction than a mass reduction where as large ships or high mass to volume ships would benefit more form mass reduction rather than power.

Don't make it smaller!
Smaller should be an optinal add on
