Then, go to the Project Zomboid folder. It is usually in the same folder under "Common."

From there, follow the mod's instructions.
Yeah, the issue wasn't that, the mod just wasn't appearing in that address, but it just got fixed right now. Thanks for trying to help though.

Its where I found most of my mods, but once I looked for the mod file that had the same ID as the TV & Radio, I opened another file explorer tab, then went to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\videos
Now that I had the two locations ready, I followed the steps from the Mod of moving the files to the video folder and bodda bing bodda boom it was solved both ingame and I could now see the mod in my folders.
