if your crash, a problem might be too many subscribed gmod addons, try deleting some that you dont really need anymore. But unless your me (i sub to almost anything that is sparkly) this probably wont help you.

Have you tried extract whole file inside?Somehow I can open the .gma file with winZIP,instead the others not.
