Trapdoor and crawl space sounds! For every variant and maybe even the light beam.

volume option for heart beat

option for thumping heart effect to only play once(one bdump when you get hit to low hp and thats it), also fix it playing when you are half a red heart but have soul/black hearts

sorry for the delay, the heart bump will be disabled by default and have a adjustable volume
