spawning props
my experience was when me and my friend were goofing around and it randomly began spawning tables

teleporting to the sky and dropping wooden tables

I had teleporting with spawning tables, but nothing more interesting
it creating an explosion when approaching the prop itself

the prop creating an explosion every few seconds
I had a prop that was changing the size of players/npcs around it and was teleporting players/npcs a few meters in a random direction

i got a rectangular prism frame just teleport towards me, weird .-.
Shoots bullets in random directions
Ignites NPCS in radius
Welds itself/another prop to NPC/Player
Apply force to nearest NPC/Player (Not sure how this works)
Zero Gravity
Changes gravity to random entity on map
Explode nearest NPC/Player (Explosion happens directly at your feet)
Teleport (May target Player/NPC/Another prop/itself, destination is always a few feet from original location)
Create prop (Tends to always be FurnitureTable001a)
Radiation (Deals damage when close to Anomaly, 5 dps)
Turns target invisible
Applies a random trail to target(?)
Toggle Light (May turn on or off flashlight?)
Add random velocity to a target



That's all I could really find for right now
(BTW, anomalous props gives info in the console, usual telling you the trigger (if you managed to find something that triggered it) as well as the output)

There's also a few presets, which means it is guaranteed to have the same effect everytime (it may not have the same input everytime though)
Breached Entity: When shot, sprays bullets in random directions
Brave: If a player is close to Anomaly, applies force to nearest NPC/Player
Parasite: If a player is close to Anomaly, welds itself to nearest NPC or Player
Weeper: After enough time has passed, applies force to nearest NPC/Player
Resurrection: ??? (Might revive NPC?)
Sleeper: ??? (Output/Target is currently invalid and thus couldn't be tested)
Creator: Teleport itself a short distance away and creates a table (FurnitureTable001a)
Leash: When close to another prop, welds itself to all props in radius (Doesn't seem to be working?)
Adrift: Seems that whenever it touches the ground, it instantly disappears (Nothing in the console shows up, revealing its input or output)
