Proficiency Perk Details
  • Level 1 (Rank 1) - Gain the passive "Marauder" - Vanilla.
  • Level 1 (Rank 1) - Gain the passive "Entwine" - Gain bonus Defense while binding.
  • Level 2 (Rank 3) - Gain the passive "Total Combat" - Vanilla.
  • Level 2 (Rank 3) - Gain the passive "Immense Grasp" - Gain bonus Strength while binding.
  • Level 3 (Rank 5) - Gain the passive "Lightning Reflexes" - Vanilla.
  • Level 3 (Rank 5) - Gain the passive "Reinforced Scales" - Gain additional Armor while binding.
  • Level 4 (Rank 7) - Gain the passive "Untouchable" - Vanilla.
  • Level 4 (Rank 7) - Gain the passive "Swift and Deadly" - Bind no longer has a cooldown and is a free action.

Rank 1:
  • Snek Mastery - Listed Above.
  • Vicious Bite - Bites an enemy at melee range and inflicts Poison.
  • Live for the Fight - Auto-reload after killing an enemy.

Rank 2:
  • Sidewinder - Special shot that does 50% damage, but grants Movement AP if successful. Grants an additional AP if it is a critical hit.
  • Elemental Augmentation - Gives Torque access to additional Spit types.
  • Heal After the Fight - Heal after killing an enemy.

Rank 3:
  • Snek Sight - Gain Squadsight. Loses squadsight for the turn Torque moves.
  • Venom Manipulation - Gives Torque access to even more spits.
  • Moving in Fast - Gain bonus Mobility. Also grants defense against reaction shots.

Rank 4:
  • Upgraded Snek Sight - Splits one AP into a Run and Gun / Movement AP. For this turn, Snake Sight is not disabled.
  • On to the Next! - When a bound enemy is killed, Torque regains 1 AP.
  • CQC Expert - Gain increasing Aim, Crit Rate, and Dodge against enemies, better the closer you are.

Rank 5:
  • Mirage Cloak - Activate to gain temporary Stealth.
  • Choking Venom - Enhances poison inflicted by Torque.
  • Up the Stakes! - Gain a multitude of defense / offensive bonuses, scaling with visible enemies Torque can see.

Rank 6:
  • Give it Another Shot - Fire again immediately after missing a shot.
  • Prehensile Power - Pull enemies from further away, and allows to tongue enemies in full cover.
  • Right Back at You! - Return fire on enemies that damage Torque. Does not count as a reaction shot and can trigger "Give it Another Shot."

Rank 7:
  • Out For A Kill - Shot that uses all remaining ammo. On kill, full reloads.
  • Predation - Tongueing enemies marks them. Marked enemies slain completely resets pulls cooldown.
  • Acid Immunity - Immune to acid. Take less damage from targets afflicted with Acid Burning.

Rank 8:
  • Raging Shot - Shot that does more damage the closer the target is.
  • Passive Aggressiion - Spits no longer cost an action and are not turn ending.
  • Domino Effect - Eliminating a flanked or exposed enemy with a standard shot from your primary allows CQC Expert’s Free action, and Give it another shot to trigger again.
