I really like the design of the Crowd Control and I hope it makes it into the game. Here are some ideas for stats I think would be good.

Pros (Compared to default Stickey Launcher):
*120% damage
*115% knockback
*9 Sticky Bombs can be placed down at once

Cons:
*Sticky Bombs cannot be detonated unless the Crowd Control is equipped.
*80% firing speed
*80% damage radius

Hopefully these stats would make the Crowd Control a fun and balanced weapon.
