When laying seige, my elite troops will die offscreen in droves every few in-game hours. This happens in a popup message without any battle or opportunity to meaningfully intervene. This is INCREDIBLY lame (in an otherwise excellent and tastefully done mod), artificially balancing town assaults and forcing catastrophic losses or withdrawls, apparently for dramatic effect, which have nothing to do with skill or preparation. Is there any way to turn it off and make seiges more like in native? Anyone know of a submod?
