It seems to be a ghost download, I had the same issue with the Diplomacy mod.

Its happening to me to it says the module file is not found.

uninstall and reinstal mount and blade and it will work

so i uninstalled and reinstalled the mount and blade but it still doesn't recognize the file

download it from modb, download a trial version of winzip, open the file with it and drag and drop it into the modules folder in the mount and blade warband folder.
