This might be a morse code, but im really not sure

if its a real morse code, we need to solve in correctly.

There is 3 types of lines, one is low, then medium and then high one (as a height)
Then why there is a big tall line? Is it a dot or what? If it is a dot then what that high line mean?

i tried translating these symbols but i couldn't get anything. i don't believe this is morse code, unfortunately

i mean that
shapes on the bottom left of the map do look like dots and dashes on their own
maybe the other shapes that run along the bottom middle act as their own seperate sentence?

bugged, keeps on showing errors when i try to upload the photo,
i think the entire separate groups idea wouldn't work anyway, already tried to translate all the shapes into morse code and only the bottom left shapes left a plausible answer

maybe the the hoops are used for something else?
