Has anyone tried to bring the scanner with the cone on it to each traffic cone around the map? Could be some connection there. Trying now.

EDIT: Unrelated but I also noticed the metrocop chillin by the door on the way to Kleiner's lab. He doesn't react to anything, he's just watching you.

Someone already said that this scanner have this thing for the camera on start

I know, I'm asking if anyone's taken that particular scanner to each cone and let it scan them.
