ISSUE: Echoes that I've previously placed no longer register as mine

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall Steam alongside all of my games, and now none of my Echoes are considered mine (even after authenticating). What can I do about this, if anything? I would really like to access my echoes.

I'm running Gmod on the x86-64 branch.
