Some real stats.
+20 attack speed.
Can toggle hit scan(bullets) or projectiles(arrow type things).
Projectiles can repair friendly buildings.
Hit scan randomly changes shades of red on building when hit.
-10% pellets on hit scan.
-10% damage on projectile.
Paint shows enemy spys.

its a 10%damage increase.
and can paint or repair.
it simply .
makes engi more verstile
