pretty sure all of them are there, sniper included. easiest way to get the sniper perk is by getting the SVU and running down by the bar where you can slide down to the box. horde some zombies up then slide down and shoot them from the other side. just getting 3 long shots works i think but get a few more zombies to be sure. you can do it on the rooftop area too

most are there but not all. I'd love an official list because some of the requirements have changed too. i.e: Metal barriers requires 5 repairs on any single round, in BO2 it was 74 barriers in one round after round 10. Double pistol points is just absent from what I can tell. PHD perma perk is also absent for obvious reasons. I'm unsure if Tombstone and Jug permas are on the map.
