Ballistic Knife Step

Ballistic Knife takes too long to get please allow it to be put inside the locker for later playthroughs.

Or at least make it so we can choose to do either side of step 2 after the first time because as it stands its plain annoying having to rely on rng rather than player knowledge/skill.
