Description of the mod
2022/3/6 Update:
Level:

Add some spartan allies.
Male: Cyan-blue
Female: Orange
Sgt: Red
ODST: Grey armor and Red visior

Crow's Nest: Fix the bug jetpack brute can't jump down.
The Covenant: Fix rocket launcher not spawn in weapon crate. Oni Pelican will spawn on any difficulty.

Level:

Tsavo Highway: Fixed the bug enemies won't spawn.
The Storm: Banshee Ultra and Wraith Ultra added in this level. Banshee now can be hijacked. Friendly hornet is drivable.

AI:

Brute: Slightly increase their health on easy/normal/heroic difficulty.

Equipment:

Jammer、Shield Drain、Super Flare: Shrink their size when dropped on the ground.
Regenerator: Make the gem part brighter.

2022/2/23 Update:
Weapon:

Assault Rifle: Be able to zoom in now. When zoomed in, no bullet spread. Decrease damage, increase max ammo capacity to 360+36.

Level:

The Covenant: Add a drivable scarab in two scarab fight part.
Floodgate and Cortana: Now have more flood combat form spawn.

Giant:

Scarab: Player have better camera view now.

2022/2/18 Update:
Equipment:

Bubble Shield: The shield toughness is reduced to 500, and Flood infection will die when touching the shield.
Super flare: Greatly reduces the brightness,causing burning damage to the surrounding area.
Regenerator: Increase healing amount.
Trap Mine: Greatly increases the explosion damage, the explosion damage will not affect yourself and allies.
Auto Turret: Significantly increased aiming area ( 90 degrees left and right ) .

AI:

Flood Pure: Increased the toughness of the tank type. Reduced the number of Infection forms spawn when the carrier dies (too many Infection forms will prevent other enemies from spawning).
Flood Human: There is a chance to drop super flare.
Flood Brute: There is a chance to drop bubble shield.
Flood Elite: There is a chance to drop trap mines.
Flood Elite (with Shield): Reduced the strength of the shield, and has a chance to drop a regenerator.

2022/2/14 Update:
Weapons:

Melee weapons:

Boss Gravity Hammer (New Weapon): Change the special effect to red, the frequency of melee attacks and normal attacks is increased, and the power consumption of each swing is 2%.

Rifle:

Shotgun: Increased projectile flight speed.

Vehicle:

Flame Chopper (New vehicle): The appearance is orange, and the gun barrels on both sides fire flames, increase its boost time.

AI:

Brute: When the shield is 0, the armor and helmet on the body will not disappear, and the helmet needs to be destroyed to cause headshot damage.
Brute master (New): Carry the Boss Gravity Hammer and another heavy weapon, and use the Boss Gravity Hammer when in berserk. Immune to assassination, headshot damage, and its shield can be restored.
Hunter Major (New): Appears yellow and fires three fuel cannons burst.
Rainbow Grunt: The armor on this enemy's back seems to hold a secret.

Weapons:
All the weapon crosshairs are smaller, have decreased auto-aim assist, and increased max ammo capacity. There is now no damage penalty when dual wielding.

Pistols:

Magnum: Increased rate of fire, accuracy, and damage.
Plasma Pistol: Single shot changed to a 3-round burst, overcharging does not continuously drain battery.
Mauler: Double the number of projectiles fired, damage is greatly decreased by distance.
Needler: Increased magazine size from 19 to 40, needle will stick onto Brute Chieftains, Hunters, and won’t bounce off. Decreased explosion damage, increased range. Can dual wield.
Silenced Pistol: Increased rate of fire, slightly increased damage.

Rifles:

Assault Rifle: Increased magazine capacity from 32 to 36, decreased max ammo capacity, increased accuracy and damage.
Battle Rifle: Removed bullet spread, increased recoil, slightly increased damage, holding down fire will result in full-auto fire.
Beam Rifle: Decreased battery consumption per shot.
Covenant Carbine: When zoomed in, no bullet spread. Increased the max ammo capacity. Holding down fire will result in full-auto fire.
Plasma Carbine (New Weapon): Fires a 5-round burst that tracks enemies, magazine capacity is 25, max ammo capacity is 150 + 25. Holding down fire will result in full-auto fire.
Plasma Rifle: Decreased bullet spread.
Brute Plasma Rifle: The rate of fire is fixed at 12 rounds per second, decreased bullet spread, decreased damage, decreased heat generation per shot.
Shotgun: Increased range, decreased bullet spread, greatly increased damage against the flood, damage decreased slightly with distance.
Submachine Gun: Slightly increased damage, increased accuracy, decreased recoil.
Silenced Submachine Gun: When zoomed in, no bullet spread, and is able to head shot.
Sniper Rifle: Increased damage, increased damage against vehicles, bullets can penetrate bubble shield and over-shield.
Brute Spiker: Single shot changed to a 3-round burst, decreased rate of fire, increased damage.

Heavy Weapons:

Fuel Rod: Slightly increased projectile flight speed, holding down fire will result in full-auto fire.
Rocket Launcher: Slightly increased ammo capacity, locks onto enemy vehicles.
Spartan Laser: Decreased battery consumption per shot.
Brute Shot: Increased projectile drop, increased the flight speed of grenade, slightly increased damage.
Sentinel Beam: Decreased heat generation and power consumption, increased damage, increased recoil.

Melee Weapons:

Energy Sword: No change.
Gravity Hammer: Changed the attack animation when using melee to be consistent with normal attacks, slightly decreased damage, increased damage radius.

Grenades:
All grenade types have had their max capacity increased to 4.

Spike Grenade: Increased the number of ricochets, can stick to Brute Chieftains, greatly decreased damage when stuck to an enemy.
Firebomb Grenade: No longer does damage to you and your allies.
Plasma Grenade: Can stick to Brute Chieftains, greatly decreased damage when stuck to an enemy.
Frag Grenade: Slightly increased blast radius.

Turrets:
UNSC turrets now require reloading.

Heavy Machine Gun: Need to reload every 100 rounds, reload time is the same as the rocket launcher, a total of 300+100 rounds.
Rocket Turret: Need to reload every 8 rockets, reload time is the same as the rocket launcher, a total of 4+8 rockets.
Plasma Turret: Decreased power consumption per shot, can shoot 300 shots.
Flame Thrower: Changed to first person view, considered a weapon instead of a turret, increased range and rate of fire, decreased heat and fuel consumption. (Thanks and credits to @Kashiiera)

Vehicles:

Banshee: Greatly increased flight speed of fuel rods, which cannot track enemies.
Super Banshee: Yellow and red color, fires red laser beams and fuel rods that tracks enemies.
Ghost: No change.
Mauler: Can now move left and right.
Brute Chopper: Slightly decreased damage and range.
Wraith: Increased explosion radius.
Anti-Air Wraith: Fuel rods can track enemies, Wraith will not explode upon exiting when there is no pilot.
Super Wraith: When the plasma bolt explodes, it spawns an additional five bolts.
Mongoose: No change.
Warthog: Passengers can now shoot 360 degrees from the passenger seat (uses animation from the Mongoose).
ONI Warthog: Black color, increased vehicle durability, bullets fired by machine gun turrets have additional explosive damage, after the gauss cannon is fired, spawns three additional explosions.
Hornet: No change.
Scorpion: No change.
ONI Scorpion: Black color, increased vehicle durability, gunner turret now shoots grenades, grenades will slightly track the enemies, greatly increased the flight speed and explosion damage of cannon.
ONI Pelican: Black color, each side fires six rockets, can track enemy vehicles (Only appears on level, The Covenant).

AI:

Marines: Increased health on legendary difficulty, improved effectiveness when using heavy weapons.
Elites: Increased health on legendary difficulty.

Brutes: Increased health on legendary difficulty, more visible color differences.
Minor: Green
Major: Red
Ultra: Purple
Captain: Red
Captain Major: Yellow
Captain Ultra: Purple
Bodyguard: White
Chieftain: No change

Hunters: Increased health on legendary difficulty, will fire weapons more often.
Drones: Slightly decreased health on legendary difficulty.
Jackals: Decreased health on legendary difficulty, shield strength unchanged.
Grunts: Increased health on legendary difficulty, Grunt Ultras now have energy shields.
