I was inspired to create this thread after finding out that Well (Or at least the control points version of it) isn't completely working. None of the doors to the center building open automatically like they're supposed to, and the trains don't spawn either. If anyone else finds maps that still aren't fully functional after the patching, please comment on this discussion!
