Help removing the effects of the mod

I love the mod, but how do i remove it while disabling the effects?

i did multiple times(disabled it, removed it, verified the file it still sticks), i mean no ill intent but the game just keeps the effect.

wich effect ? did you play with Zoom disabled ?
