Proficiency Perk Details
  • Level 1 (Rank 1) - Gain "Total Combat" - Throwing grenades and items no longer ends turn.
  • Level 2 (Rank 3) - Gain "Grenade Belt" - Provides use of 3 unique grenades, all on a 4 turn cd.
  • Level 3 (Rank 5) - Gain "Reflex" - Gain +1 AP when you are attacked.
  • Level 4 (Rank 7) - Gain "Judgement" - Panic enemies that attack you.

Rank 1:
  • Skirmisher Mastery - Listed Above.
  • Spartan II Program - Grants the Marauder and Lightning reflexes and SPARTAN Strike abilities. Panic immunity and bonuses to HP, mobility, will, aim and dodge. Reduced wound recovery time. Increased Scaling Melee damage.
  • Run and Gun - Gain a bonus none-movement AP.

Rank 2:
  • Watch Them Run - After throwing or launching an explosive, enter overwatch.
  • Weapon Mastery - Free automatic reload after kills and bonus weapon damage.
  • Hard Target - Gain bonus Dodge for every enemy you can see.

Rank 3:
  • Reckoning - Ripjack slash attack.
  • Grenade Mastery - Bonus 1 Charge per grenade equipped, increased throw range, and quic throw active ability.
  • Tactical Sense - Gain bonus Defense per enemy you can see.

Rank 4:
  • Justice - Blitzcrank hook an enemy and deliver a slash.
  • Assault - Once per turn, successful attacks on flanked targets grants a bonus AP. Gain the Sprint active ability.
  • Extra Conditioning - Run and Gun has reduced cooldown.

Rank 5:
  • Wrath - Nautilus hook an enemy and deliver a slash.
  • Spartan Guardian - Shoot at any enemy that moves close to the SPARTAN. Bonus defense per visible enemy.
  • Against the Odds - Gain bonus Aim per enemy you can see.

Rank 6:
  • Retribution - Deliver a ripjack attack on enemies that get too close.
  • Condemn - Shot that always crits and ignores armor. Gain Focus passive ability.
  • Aggression - Gain bonus Crit Rate per enemy you can see.

Rank 7:
  • Interrupt - Powerful overwatch varient.
  • Charge! - Charge an enemy, slash, then fire them at point blank range.
  • Killer Instinct - Activating Run & Gun grants bonus critical damage for the rest of the turn.

Rank 8:
  • Battlelord - Enhanced Interrupt.
  • Spartan Demon - Chance to cause panic on critical hits, bonus weapon damage and bonus critical damage.
  • Brim em' on - Gain bonus Crit Damage per enemy you can see.
