Detailed Changes - Anatolia
Rather than royal tradition I have devided the map based on culture groups. It is a legacy issue after all. The urban groups feature heavy troops:
-Anatolian barrack, heavy melee troops for most of central Anatolia
-Arzawa assembly, elite units on the west coast
-Arzawa conscription, a few weak units in minor settlements in the west
-Luwian conscription , two units in minor settlements in the south
-Isuwan barrack, in Isuwa
-Hittite range, In Hittite heartlands
-Lycian range, in Lycia proper.

(Semi-)Nomadic groups also are less bound to strict realm borders, and are more disruptive to settled peoples.
-Kaskan warcamp
-Phrygian warcamp

The Hittites are masters of metallurgy, in Bronze making regions they can build sky-metal Forges that reduce the total bronze upkeep of armies and increase the armour of recruited units. If such a place is compromised however this would provide their enemies with quite an advantage in weapon making.

Suppiluliuma holds the mighty fortress of hattusa and relies on stern troops with an entrenched recruitment system. It might take some time, but footmen can be fielded from even minor settlements.
-Infantry Barrack
-Range
-Chariot stable

The usurper kurunta has allied himself with Kaskan and Phrygian mercenaries to overthrow his nephew Suppiluliuma, these troops may be rowdy but they help with his core troops of Hittites who would rather not die in a civil war. Both are, however available in big and small towns. Kurunta has no factional access to bowmen.
-Neshian barrack
-Kaskan barrack
-Phrygian barrack

The King of Troy may field a lot of auxiliary troops from allies or subjects but the core of his army is made of the men of Troy itself. All recruitment buildings have an upgraded version in Troy and its smaller satellite towns. Apart from the “son of troy” tag these grant a few extra units or XP and at the top level reduce Upkeep.
-Barrack, for melee troops
-Range, for ranged troops
-Auxillary barrack, for assuwan and thracian units
-Militia post, for few core units in the small towns.
