checked through the mods files in the gma, it's only folder in entities is a weapon, that is nothing, it doesnt have anything suspicous, nothing for model or npc stuff files or references in the lua to it, do anything with ai nodes or nav meshes, any npc setup, anything. the lua is plain, fairly small, and readable. this doesnt do anything entity related but randomly assign the player a playermodel and detect entities the player is looking at to change the crosshair, it doesnt feature any models, textures, reference any models outside of the player's, or contain any sounds outside of footsteps for 3 materials, the features list is seemingly honest. i believe there is nothing in this mod, it is bare enough that with the background images and footsteps removed, it's 36,864 bytes, or 36.8 kilobytes. it also does no downloading or define console commands, or create a data folder to save things to disk for anything between servers like settings. it has none. if you want the blur gone, remove that code, it doesnt look hard.

i did that after going to flatgrass and a basic empty box as a map i made a navmesh for quick to see the npc and after checking the spawn list for this npc's model.

while i quickly debunked that, i dont know if you all are joking or another mod does what is described, if it seems to just be easily found, try finding it in sandbox or disabling everything and slowly enabling some of your addons at a time until it shows up, then check what mods you just enabled.
also, the camera system cannot cope with death of the player well, heck it cant cope with pausing while walking, the camera will clip through everything to get to the player's new position "smoothly"
