Proficiency Psi Priest
Proficiency Perk Details
  • Level 1 (Rank 1) - "Selfless Martyr" - Passive that increases healing done by 100% but reduces self healing done by 50%. In addition, when taking damage, reduce cooldowns by 1.
  • Level 2 (Rank 3) - "Unshakable Will" - Passive that uses max Will for Defense and makes you always succeed on panic checks.
  • Level 3 (Rank 5) - "Benediction" - Passively increase healing done by 50%.
  • Level 4 (Rank 7) - "Flame Ward" - Passive immunity to fire, as well as allow you to take less damage from burning enemies.

Rank 1:
  • Priest Mastery - Listed Above.
  • Psi Heal - Use psionic power to heal a distant ally.
  • Hellish Rebuke - Utter a prayer of rebuke before blasting an enemy with holy fire after they attack you.

Rank 2:
  • Mind Merge - Merge minds with target ally, granting them combat bonuses.
  • Ray of Life - Heal allies in a line.
  • Half Undead - AoE Undead (lost) stun.

Rank 3:
  • Congregation - Allows 2 Mind Merges at once.
  • Healer's Mind - Psi Heal and Ray of Life have additional charges.
  • Fire Ball - Blast an area with fire, inflicting burning.

Rank 4:
  • Rayzeel Song - Heal squad when you use a healing psi ability.
  • Transmit Prana - Spend 2 AP to grant target ally 1 AP.
  • Hunter of the Dead - Deal bonus damage to undead.

Rank 5:
  • Ocean Balm - Strong heal. Once per target per mission.
  • Mind Soothe - Remove mental effects from distant ally. Stealthy.
  • Delayed Fire Blast - Burn target. When they take damage, they explode.

Rank 6:
  • Armor Fati - Grant target bonus damage reduction.
  • Clear Tranquil -Mind Sooth and Transmit Prana now reduce the target's cooldowns.
  • Turn Undead - Deal massive damage to an undead.

Rank 7:
  • Manu Forti - Grant target bonus damage dealt.
  • Earth Heal - Heal, Regen, and stabalize target Shares cooldown with White Flame.
  • Searing Lance - Flame-based Null Lance.

Rank 8:
  • Aurora Wave - AoE Mind Sooth and Manu Forti (if learned).
  • White Flame - Heal, Regen, and Stabalize in an area. Cures mental affects. No effect on fire immune targets.
  • Magnus Exorcismus - AoE Turn Undead.
