ambient and soundscapes

too loud, also soundscapes are universal so kinda buggy
pls:
make general ambient and soundscapes much more quiet
and
fix soundscapes so we dont hear them outside

place this file [drive.google.com] in the gmod/garrysmod/scripts folder, this is a customised soundscapes file, I lowered overall volume of the ambient noise (random sounds left untouched), you can edit this file yourself to suit your preferences.
