Confirming scrapped colony designations are fixed.
Unfortunately now seeing that Arc Furnaces provide nanites (system tool tip says 5, special resources says 57) without taking the ascension.
Now that I've (finally) gotten to the Nanite ascension (after many bad tech rolls keeping me from getting climate restoration so I can get my preferred machine network APs before Synth Age), everything looks more or less in order for now. Will keep an eye out of course.

Ah! was fooling around with arc furnace. I'll go ahead and fix that here in a bit. Thanks for the heads up!

Are the nanite fighters supposed to only be compatible with the nanite mothership? They're not showing up in the component list for any other ship types
Same for the energy arc

So I did not cross over the weapons from the borrowed mod to the other ship types. I can def look into it once I start working on the update post 4.0 though. Jotting that down.

I think the leader trait may be bugged. It applies to my current leaders when I finish the tradition, but doesn't appear for any subsequently recruited leaders.

EDIT: I also could not get the colossus weapon to work on a fallen empire.

What kind of empire? Ethics and civics. It has worked for me. I'll have to see what I missed.

And could you be specific on the ladder? Like it would not fire on a fallen empire world?
I've also been encountering the issue of new leaders not getting the nanite leader trait. If you need my mod list, I'd be more than happy to give it, along with some screenshots.

uhhh nope! Are they doing that?
Oh? I got the same thing on one of my guaranteed habitable worlds the other day. It was just one planet so I assumed it was semi-intentional and added a layer of vague story-telling, implying that nanites came through at some point for some reason.
