firstly, rudy when he's a teenager. he's just a little baby man and he's not really durable

secondly, season 2-3 robot. his chest could open and rudy (and only rudy) could get inside. he would have two modes, one being drone mode and one being armor mode. drone mode would work independently, but armor mode only works when rudy is inside
i don't have many ideas on what robot could do. maybe just generic iron man suit stuff idk

thirdly, adult rudy or "rex". this is spoiler stuff so if you're a show watcher don't read this or anything after it
adult rudy would be stronger than child rudy, but not by very much

fourthly, the upgraded robot suit (not the black one)
activating the chest will allow the armor to unfold, and rudy (or anyone else technically) could get inside. it would be significantly stronger than the original robot suit, and could have a lot more technical capabilities. it could sync up to other Robot suits, and the suits could copy the movements and actions of the main one. it would also have the anti-viltrumite frequency built into it
also it could self destruct. it wouldn't have any practical or even tactical usage but it would be cool as ♥♥♥♥

finally, the black suit (the big boy suit)
this suit would be larger than the upgraded robot suit. not as big as the hulkbuster from marvel, but decently sized. when a viltrumite strikes robot's armor, there's a chance the plates on it will collide against each other and create brief blasts of the anti-viltrumite frequency
there could be a retractable, switchblade styled knife that comes out of the wrist, and missiles launchers hidden inside of the shoulders/upper arms
it could definitely have a lot of other cool things but i'm just laying this as a basis/something to build off of
