Use activate on certain body parts
Example: Powerplex works like the show and when he takes damage he gets powered up and then you use activate on his hands and he shoots lightning

in context menu some characters do not have powers enabled yet like rexsplode
some characters already have powers enabled, like invincible's upper torso, when activated allows him to float and fly
when rex's arm cannon's are activated, if you activate his arm (pretty sure only one of them shoots, the front one) then it shoots explosives.
