How do I click "Load"?

I'm using a Valve Index with Vive Wands and after clicking start game on the screen with the carrier, a window pops up over the main menu in game warning you that you need the dlc to use the mod. The line that comes out of my hand will not stick to the "Load" option to let me click it. What am I doing wrong?

Same issue here, using OpenXR on a Quest 3.

I fixed it by turning off all the mods except for the Little bird. The pop up window disappeared altogether. It must have been one of the mods causing it.
