1st key is in a dark room. Head to the control room and the right from where you entered there should be a vent in the corner, enter the vent and it after a while it should teleport you into a dark room. Once your in there find a box on the ground next to the desk noclip inside and get the key.

2nd key is obtained in the unlocked dorm room inside the locked desk same case as the last just noclip inside the desk to obtain it.

To do this part legally, you can find a spare keycard for the chest in the garden room (the green/cyan one) by spamming E while searching inside of the plant hologram things. Its location might change but I found it in the close center group.

you can get the key to open the drawer hidden under potted plant in the kitchen

i found keycard on briefcase in the vent which is located in dark server room
