what's wrong with the smoke? it shouldn't affect FPS much and it looks good

destructible props disappear after time, this is done towards optimization. But if you have prop disappear instantly, then you have installed either a mod for optimization or mod VPhysics Jolt, they can cause the instant disappearance of the prop

The map doesn't play nice with Sharpeye or Dynamic Height 2. I was spawned inside the map at a fixed height, as if I was tethered to a certain level underneath. Noclip wasn't a workaround.

I'll have to do more trial and error for this next bug, but right on spawn C_Hands in viewmodels disappear.

UPDATE:
It's the precachemodel overflow that's making C_Hands and other models disappear. Ouch.

Entire mansion disappears after cleanup

Actually, after first cleanup all objects seem to lose their destruction models, and i can't figure out what is causing it.

Checked console and it says it fails to spawn a ton of props because of... "too many edicts"

ok bug issue found: your map is like, really pushing the entity limit to the point thta having like, any addons enabled can make your map stop working

well only thing i can recommend is to play lite version. You see my map really pushed all the limits the engine had, idk if u know anything about mapmaking but Hammer (The map editor) shows how far u pushed limits when compiling map and entity limit is like >700% so yeah, unfortunately there's not much i can do with it

btw u can try playing chromium version of gmod (u can turn it on in properties) or u can reduce the amount of addons u have. u dont have to delete em just turn em off

Yeah i found disabling all my addons fixes it, only issue it that it has to be all of them. anyways, god building destroyable stuff in hammer can be annoying

Also, I am certain you could reduce it by removing the two random roads by the gas station that are actually props instead of brushes (hint: you can use any texture from any prop on brushes)
While loading the map, it crashes the game and even my laptop sometimes, I have a 3050TI and no conflicting mods though. Whats my issue? Any help is good!

does the game give anything after crash? like error or warnings or it just crashes? if so then try lite version, it has fewer things there
