Feel free to report issues you find in here.

If your game crashes, it would be helpful if you provide the last ~20 lines of the log file found at "Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\log.txt". This should ideally be done right after the crash as starting a new game might remove the crash logs.

Please check for the latest changes in the Change Notes tab in case an error you find has already been fixed, and then make sure you're running the latest version from these. If the mod hasn't updated for you, you can unsubscribe -> launch the game then close it -> resubscribe then launch the game again to force an update.

I'm getting vessel marks while playing as Eve. I got Mom, It lives, Hush, and Delirium without playing vessel.

Blunder on my part, should be fixed for next update.
I didn't take a screenshot or know the name of the item offhand, but there was a blindfold accessory in Astral's customization that is no longer there after the recent update.

The default blindfold should still be available (close to the first few accessories), but also bear in mind that disabling a mod that grants accessories will remove those accessories from the selection.

Also fixed the MC_POST_UPDATE error for next update.

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't removed any mods when I made that post, just downloaded the update launching through Repentagon. When I made the post, the blindfold was gone so I switched to Tainted Cain's eyepatch as an accessory.

I just booted back up and the blindfold has returned, but now the Tainted Cain's eyepatch is gone xD No idea what's up with that, but if there's a log I could give to help out, let me know and I'll send it.

Just to make sure, with gone do you mean these don't show up as an option you can pick, or in-game? Certain accessories share layers which make them incompatible with each other (a warning should show up when selecting conflicting ones).
This also includes starting items which are not taken into account for the customization menu.

I'm experiencing this purely through Astral's customization menu. Here are the three customization items I'm using:

This is after reloading the game picking the first two items and the blindfold.

The blindfold got changed to the blank face, and the second item in that picture was removed. leaving me with just the Rags and the Blank Face.

Tainted Cain's Eyepatch appeared as a choice again in this instance.

I then picked the Rags, the bleeding eye, and Tainted Cain's Eyepatch.

Closed the menu, exited the game, then booted up Isaac: the second item from the first picture stayed, but Tainted Cain's Eyepatch got replaced with the blank face:

Blindfold has returned in this instance:

If I then pick my original customization [Rags, Bleeding Eye, and Blindfold[ and exit and reload, the process repeats.

Perhaps this is due to the second item in the first link being conflicting with both Tainted Eyepatch and Blindfold's slots?

Hmm, very puzzling as I haven't done anything different with the T. Cain eyepatch costume/files, i.e. followed the same process for adding, say, the normal eyepatch. If it keeps misbehaving I might have to disable it unfortunately.

I'm thinking I might eventually rework the accessory system so the player can pick which layer to apply an accessory to, with a different menu.

for me sometimes some coins are like without texture when it keeps appearing and disappearing and some boss only appears and normal enemies only appear in shadow and I only have these 2 mods popped and I'm playing in repenteces and also some items also happen this I'm from Brazil so sorry my English is bad I'm using google translator

i had the same problem, it's probably a mod conflict. uninstall some mods to check what mod is causing it.
