It doesn't look so well
I mean the textures... I feel these looked noticably better in CS 1.6 than in this conversion to CS:GO.
Did you notice that too?

the textures are the same just the light is more realistic because of hdr in source engine.
that's why it looks a bit different. but i think for cs:go this is ok.

Thank you for your response! Seems like it's a problem from my side - on your screens these textures look fine but they are less detailed in my game.

I have all settings maxed out (except vsync). How can I make it look better?

My settings are the same, except for antialiasing (FXAA instead of MSAA).
Also I found a solution to my problem. It's caused by memory pool being set to the lowest possible setting. To change it, go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg, find video.txt and change the variable "setting.gpu_mem_level" to 2. Now everything looks as it should be looking :)
