Upsides
Doesn't drop disguise when backstabbing underwater players or players covered in Mad Milk, Jarate or Gas
Can stab while cloaked while underwater or covered in Mad Milk, Jarate or Gas
Immune to the normal effects of Mad Milk, Jarate and Gas

Downsides
Cannot cloak when not underwater or covered in Mad Milk, Jarate or Gas
Disguising drains cloak timer at the rate of cloaking normally, affected by stats regarding cloak duration

How about this.

-Backstabs are silent
-Cloak meter has an extra 2 seconds of cloak duration
-Doesn't drop disguise when backstabbing.
- + 15% damage vulnerability when disguised or cloaked
-Effects from the Jarate, Mad Milk, and Gas Passer last five seconds longer.

Or it could just be a reskin for the Big Earner

Backstabs do not kill, but drops there health down to half and causes bleed
15%slower swinging speed
