thanks for the report, I'll look into the cubemaps soon but I do know why the top half of the building doesn't render, there's an areaportal which slices the top half of the map and opens or closes depending on where you are. what happened is you triggered the area portal to close, and went somewhere outside the map that doesn't have triggers to open or close the areaportal
now because of how the map is built and the majority of the structures are func_details, I can't put areaportals on doors so I resorted to the top half of the building, I'll tackle that issue as well
