Interesting design but ultimately it would be a massive downgrade to stock Knife as one of Engie's counters would be difficult to kill him and sap his buildings. Spy is already a low health class and I don't see these stats benefitting him that much. I dunno.
Also, these were the only things I could think of that would fit the name of the weapon while trying to keep it somewhat usable, making it a little unique from the other knifes
On backstab: gavel breaks and has to recharge to be used again
