Bug Reports
Place to report bugs instead of the comments. Let me know what's breaking/mod conflicts/any other bugs. Please include errors if present, What character and blessings were in play, and the presence of things such as Damocles, glitched crown, and other items that could be related.

Just picked up Eve's blessing as the boss reward item after using the satanic bible, and it did not spawn any items for me to choose from :)


And at the beginning of the following run, three items spawned but this error occurred -
