I've just read a post on Reddit that talked about a random spawn of food in the middle of the world (coords 0 0 0), and it was caused by this mod. Here I quote what the post says:

"Whenever you hold Shift and hover your mouse over an item, it shows you the stats for its cooked version, right?

Well, the thing is the only way to access those stats is to cook the food, so that's what the mod does. It cooks the food and reads its stats, but since it has nowhere to place it, it just leaves the food at the origin (0,0,0) of the map, hence the random stockpile.

This is also why Shift+hovering over a mandrake in your inventory will put your character to sleep as if they had actually cooked the mandrake. Because, well, the mod just did."

I don't know if it's real or not, but if it is pls fix it
