How to link factions and loadouts for random spawns
NOTE: Do not add the suffixes to the filenames ONLY IN THE CONFIG

To link a faction and loadout enter you loadouts like this
"aiLoadout": "EastLoadout_01, NBCLoadout_02",

and enter you factions like this
"faction": "East_01, West_02",

The suffex _01 is now linking the eastloadout to east faction and they will only spawn in this combination. The suffex is NOT part of the file name. You can mix linked and non-linked factions and loadouts in the config. Non-linked loadouts will be used randomly with non-linked factions.
The config values above will result in random spawns of east or west paratroopers each equipped with its linked loadout.
