In the xml, there are only 3 enemies, Grunt, Veteran, Machinegunner, and all of 3 are set as chanceToBlindFire="0".
But obviously there are more than 3, and one of the Grunts used blind fire.
I am not familiar with RMG yet, but I suppose the rest of the enemies were summoned and used their default chance.
If I need to mod enemy entities, I will detach the RMG/ToD part.
