both console commands fr_allbrave and fr_chance seemingly do nothing.
doesn't work with most ragdolls. which is expected with TF2 and mod ragdolls, but even with some base HL2 ones they don't "wake up".
doesn't specify if the map needs a navmesh (this one is minor and not really a bug, but i should still mention)
