What do you guys think?
- If you're standing on a solid surface while reeling players, they will move towards you in a grappling hook fashion
- If you are in water or the air while reeling players, you move towards them in a grappling hook fashion
- Special harpoons deal bleeding damage, the bleed time rising for each person penetrated in a single shot, so the first person gets 3 seconds, and the fifth person gets 10 seconds

Geeze, I'm surprised how much it looks like you can get away with making what could easily be an op weapon if you take away a sniper's headshots and make sure that default max damage is 120. Light classes don't get oneshot.
That scope damage boost makes me think of that part of The Sound of Medicine where Sniper gets instakilled from a robot shooting an arrow down his scope.
