Q1: My portraits aren't loading and I'm launching via Steam.
A1: If you're using the Steam workshop please verify that you're subscribed to the pack properly. Unsubscribe and resubscribe to it, then restart Steam, to force it to download.
Launch the game from Steam if using this method to load the Workshop subscriptions.
You can verify if the portraits are downloaded by navigating to your \steamapps\workshop\content\704450\3477636794 folder and verifying the portrait files are there.
Look at Q3 below if it's still not working before contacting me for help directly.

A2: If you're not using Steam, or still can't get Steam to work, then please download the Google Drive version of the pack(You'll find the link in our Discord). Once downloaded, navigate to your Documents/Neverwinter Nights/ folder. Extract the contents of the pack into that folder directly.

Q3: Can I use this portrait pack with other portrait packs?
A3: The short answer: Yes, sometimes. The long answer: It varies. We add a large amount of portraits through our pack and the game doesn't like to load too many, depending on your system and some other configurations. If you do load our pack alongside others, I would suggest only utilizing other small packs and not anything large to prevent issues.

Q4: Can I use this in singleplayer?
A4: Yes so long as the Module you're running doesn't prevent custom portraits.
