Pros:
+Fall slower
+5% Speed increase
+chance to headshot someone when you shoot them in the head
Cons:
-Can not shoot while umbrella is out to make you fall slower
-5% damage penalty
-you deal half your damage while shooting the enemy in the head unless you get a headshot cause then you get a crit stored
